Job Overview:
The Hindi Teacher – Afternoon Session (Primary Section) will be responsible for introducing and developing students’ Hindi language skills through engaging, age-appropriate instruction. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners and capable of building a strong foundation in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Hindi. This role requires adherence to CBSE curriculum guidelines and a nurturing approach to language acquisition for primary-grade students.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and deliver interactive Hindi lessons tailored to the developmental needs of primary students.
- Design engaging lesson plans in line with CBSE curriculum standards.
- Focus on building basic vocabulary, sentence formation, grammar, and reading comprehension.
- Use songs, rhymes, stories, and visual aids to make learning enjoyable and memorable.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Student Engagement & Language Development:
- Encourage a love for the Hindi language through fun and creative classroom activities.
- Provide individualized support to students who need help with language development.
- Promote oral fluency and confidence through classroom conversation, recitation, and storytelling exercises.
Classroom Management & Discipline:
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
- Use effective classroom management strategies to promote participation, focus, and respectful behavior.
- Foster a culture of learning, cooperation, and inclusivity among young learners.
Parental Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and language-related events or activities.
Professional Development & Compliance:
- Stay updated with best practices in early language instruction and CBSE Hindi education guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and internal school policies.
- Collaborate with other language and subject teachers for integrated learning experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- B.Ed. is mandatory (applications without this qualification will not be considered).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar teaching role at the primary level (mandatory).
- Experience teaching in a CBSE school is preferred.
Visa Status:
- Candidates with Spouse Visa, Own Visa, or Employment Visa are preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, grammar, and early literacy techniques.
