Job Overview:
The IT Officer cum Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing visually compelling designs for marketing and communication purposes. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of IT support, networking, and cybersecurity, along with expertise in graphic design tools to create engaging visuals. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creativity to ensure smooth IT operations while enhancing the organization’s branding and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Infrastructure Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are in place to protect organizational data and systems.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks to ensure data integrity.
- Manage email configurations, user accounts, and IT policies across the organization.
Graphic Design & Branding:
- Create marketing materials, banners, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Design logos, posters, advertisements, and other promotional content that align with the brand identity.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop visually appealing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for print, web, and digital formats.
Multimedia & Video Editing:
- Develop visual and video content for online promotions, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Edit videos, create motion graphics, and design UI/UX elements when required.
Software & Tools Management:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for design projects.
- Work with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms for website updates.
- Manage and maintain IT software licenses and digital design tools.
Support & Training:
- Provide IT training and support to employees on system usage, security, and software applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support and graphic design (mandatory).
Preferred Criteria:
- Candidates with Spouse/Own Visa are preferred.
- Strong understanding of network security, troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Expertise in graphic design software and digital content creation.
Skills & Attributes:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.
