Job Overview:
The Middle Class Hindi Teacher (Grade 5 to 8) is responsible for delivering high-quality Hindi language instruction to students. The teacher will develop engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and help students enhance their language skills and cultural understanding. Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Instruction:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and school objectives.
- Deliver interactive and effective Hindi language lessons to students in grades 5 to 8.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess students’ language proficiency and academic progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.

- Keep accurate records of students’ performance and development.

- Encourage active participation and enthusiasm for learning Hindi.

Qualifications:
- Education:

- Teaching certification in Hindi language education or relevant subject area.
- Experience:
- Previous experience teaching Hindi at the middle school level is preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Skills:
- Strong command of the Hindi language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
