Job Description: Hindi Teacher – Middle Section (Morning Session)
Job Overview:
The Hindi Teacher – Morning Session (Middle Section) will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Hindi language instruction to students in the middle grades. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the language and the ability to teach grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and oral communication in an engaging and student-centered manner. This role requires adherence to the CBSE curriculum and KHDA educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and implement structured Hindi lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Cover topics including grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, comprehension, and writing.
- Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, debates, role-plays, and visual media.
- Design assessments that test student understanding, including quizzes, written tasks, and oral presentations.
Student Engagement & Skill Development:
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and language exploration.
- Support students in building oral fluency, creative expression, and confidence in written communication.
- Provide additional academic support to students with varying levels of proficiency.
- Encourage the use of Hindi in everyday conversations through interactive tasks.
Classroom Management & Inclusivity:
- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture.
- Adapt teaching techniques to support diverse learning needs and styles.
- Foster teamwork, empathy, and collaboration through group learning activities.
Parental Communication & Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates to parents on student performance and progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, language exhibitions, and school cultural events.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to support interdisciplinary projects.
Professional Development & Compliance:
- Stay updated with CBSE language guidelines and KHDA standards.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and in-house development sessions.
- Ensure alignment with school policies and inspection readiness protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- B.Ed. is mandatory (applications without this qualification will not be considered)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Hindi in a middle school setting
- Experience in a CBSE curriculum school is preferred
Visa Status:
- Candidates with Spouse Visa, Own Visa, or Employment Visa are preferred
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language pedagogy and middle-grade curriculum
- Ability to plan engaging lessons and apply modern teaching tools
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Creativity, patience, and passion for language instruction
