What a fantastic start to Health & Safety Week at Gulf Indian High School!
Our KG children began the week by exploring the importance of staying healthy, both inside and out. Through age-appropriate wellness activities, students learned how mindfulness, movement, and relaxation can support happiness, focus, and inner strength.
KG1 students enjoyed an engaging online session filled with meditation and calming exercises, helping them understand the value of peaceful moments and emotional well-being. Meanwhile, KG2 students participated in a refreshing on-campus yoga session, where they practised gentle movements, balance, and breathing techniques.
These activities encouraged our young learners to build healthy habits from an early age while developing confidence, calmness, and body awareness.
At Gulf Indian High School, we believe that health and safety education plays an important role in nurturing happy, mindful, and resilient children.
