Job Overview:

The position will be tailored to align with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and area of interest—ranging from academics, administration, admissions, student affairs, HR, operations, or other support services. Key Responsibilities (based on assigned role):
Academic Support or Teaching Roles:
- Assist with planning and delivering lessons, or take on teaching responsibilities based on qualifications.
- Support classroom engagement and student development.
- Contribute to school programs, events, and curriculum-related initiatives.
- Maintain accurate academic records and help in progress tracking.
Administrative or Operational Roles:
- Support departments such as Admissions, HR, Finance, Admin, Student Support, or Communications.
- Perform data entry, document handling, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Assist with organizing and executing school-wide events and operations.
- Ensure effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
Cultural & Community Engagement:
- Promote UAE culture, heritage, and values within the school environment.
- Take an active role in planning and executing national events such as Flag Day, National Day, and Emirati Culture Week.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent relevant qualification (mandatory).
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nationality Requirement:
- UAE National with valid Emirates ID (mandatory).
