Job Overview:
The IT Support (Student Matters Related) role is crucial for managing and supporting the school’s digital infrastructure related to student services. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for school ERP systems, coordinate online assessments, and assist in integrating digital learning tools in daily school operations. A strong understanding of UAE school systems and immediate availability are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Exam Support:
- Manage and provide technical support for a wide range of online student assessments, including:
- CAT4
- NGRT-A, NGRT-B, NGRT-C
- IBT (International Benchmark Tests)
- LOGIQIDS
- PASS Surveys
- Coordinate with teachers and academic teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of digital tests.
Digital Tools & Platform Support:
- Provide full support for MS Teams and Office 365 applications used in teaching and learning.
- Assist with onboarding and troubleshooting of digital learning platforms for students and staff.
- Provide training and tech support during virtual classes and student tech-enabled activities.
ERP System Management:
- Manage student records, attendance, and academic data through school ERP systems such as DC Netra.
- Ensure data accuracy, user accessibility, and reporting functionality.
- Coordinate with administration to improve workflow through ERP integration.
Documentation & Coordination:
- Maintain logs of student data, digital assessment usage, and IT service tickets.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and the IT department to align support with school academic calendars.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- School experience in UAE is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in School ERP Systems used in UAE, preferably DC Netra
- Expertise in MS Teams & Office 365
- Familiarity with Digital Learning Tools and Online Assessments like CAT4, NGRT-A/B/C, IBT, LOGIQIDS, and PASS Surveys
- Should be available to join immediately
