Mental Health Week at Regent’s Gulf Indian High School
Last week, we came together as a community to shine a light on the importance of mental well-being. Our students and staff participated in a range of thoughtful and empowering activities including:
- Guided Meditation Sessions – Helping students center themselves and find calm amidst their busy routines.
- Interactive Seminars – Focusing on emotional resilience, stress management, and the power of self-awareness.
- Green Ribbon Campaign – Symbolizing mental health awareness and support for those struggling in silence.
- Wellness Wall & Expression Corners – A safe space where students shared positive affirmations, thoughts, and art related to emotional wellness.
- Peer Support Circles – Promoting empathy, active listening, and open conversations among students.
Mental health matters – not just for a week, but every day.
