Team Care Direct, in collaboration with Always, successfully conducted an informative session on Puberty & Menstruation for Grade 6 and 9 students at GIHS on 29th May.
The session aimed to empower young minds with essential knowledge about the changes during puberty and the importance of menstrual hygiene.
It was a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where students could learn, ask questions, and feel more confident about understanding their growing bodies.
