Admission Officer

Job Overview:

The Admission Officer is responsible for managing and executing the student admission process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for prospective families. The role requires deep knowledge of school operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions within a UAE school setting is mandatory, along with proficiency in school ERP systems and a sound understanding of KHDA requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Enrollment Management:

  • Handle the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting school tours, and managing follow-ups.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate student enrollment and admission records.
  • Guide parents through the application, documentation, and registration procedures, ensuring full compliance with KHDA regulations.
  • Ensure timely communication with parents throughout the admissions cycle.

Database & Documentation Management:

  • Maintain and update admission databases and records using school ERP systems (e.g., DC Netra).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly admission reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure document accuracy and completeness, including Emirates ID, transfer certificates, vaccination records, etc.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with parents, resolving concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in organizing open houses, school events, and orientation sessions for new families.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with KHDA and internal school policies related to admissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive student and family information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an admissions role in a UAE school setting is mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems (e.g., DC Netra)
  • Knowledge of UAE school regulatory frameworks (KHDA) is preferred
  • Candidates with Spouse Visa, Own Visa, or Employment Visa are preferred
  • Should be available to join immediately
